Harbor Lights is a personal demo project — not a client site. It demonstrates that WordPress done right is a serious platform: a custom theme built from scratch with semantic PHP templates, no page builder overhead, and a design suited to the warmth and community focus such an organization would want. Content management is intuitive enough for non-technical staff to update without developer involvement.
